Fastback Creative Books regularly works with both creative professionals and amateur book publishers. Our site contains all the information you should need to prepare your personally published book, but if you need clarification please contact us.
First book policy, we will always create the first book prior to making additional copies.
Full payment is due upon pick up or shipment. We accept major credit cards and personal or business checks.We must hold a valid credit card number or 50% deposit to start your order.
Turnaround time, generally standard books made from in-stock materials are completed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders, orders of out-of-stock materials, etc may take longer. We will let you know if this applies.
Additional books orders may take anywhere from 3 business days to a month, dependent on reorder size. Please use our
reorder form to ensure proper volume discounting and expedited service.
All client-designed files are subject to a Press Check ($50). The fee will be waived for correctly set-up files. Please thoroughly read our guidelines (on the
Preparing Your Files page) for complete instructions.
Rush service may result in imperfect work. It is possible that changes in the proper construction will be made to meet deadline. If you need absolutely perfect work, please allow enough time for your project.
Sample copies, Fastback Creative Books and our parent company Powis Parker, Inc. may reproduce your book to use as a not-for-sale sample. It will be used only to show off our work, and will not leave our immediate control.
Fastback Creative Books does not censor work. However, we will not subject ourselves or our employees to uncomfortable material. No graphic depictions of sex, extreme violence or questionable photos of minors will be produced. We reserve the right to review all submitted material.
Fastback Creative Books does not accept responsibilty for copyright infringement performed by our clientele. By submitting material to us, you represent and warrant to Fastback Creative Books that you own any copyrights to the photographs, logos, trademarks, designs, texts or other artwork or have written permission or authorization from the copyright owner to make reproductions of these materials.
These terms apply to all work unless stated otherwise in writing. By working with us you agree to these terms of service.
