Shipping & Mailing:
Books can be shipped Overnight, Second Day, SuperSaver or Ground. Please indicate which when placing your order. For very large and heavy orders we recommend FedEx Ground services.
We are happy to ship internationally, and will discuss shipping services with clients as needed. The recipient is responsible for all duty and customs charges and paperwork.
For same day deliveries in Manhattan we use Checker Courier Messenger Service - http://www.checkercourier.com/
Rush Service:
If you need your book much sooner than our typical seven day turnaround Rush service may be available.
We always try to accommodate your schedule, but during high-volume times, it may not be possible. Please call us for availability and an estimate.
Rush fees:
$150 flat fee for one day turnaround for up to 3 books.
25% of total invoice, $50 minimum for 2-3 day turnaround for up to 5 books.
