Shipping & Mailing
Your book is undoubtedly a labor of love (for us too!) and it probably took considerable time and effort to reach completion. For this reason, we ship books exclusively by FedEx. They provide detailed tracking information, consistent on-time deliveries, and they haven't lost a book, ever.
Books can be shipped Overnight, Second Day, or Ground. Please indicate which when placing your order. For very large and heavy orders we can recommend FedEx Ground services.
We never ship books via the US post office, and we don't advise our clients to send us materials in this manner either. We do however, mail invoices, swatch books and other easily-replaced items this way.
We are happy to ship internationally, and will discuss shipping services with clients as needed. The recipient is responsible for all duty and customs charges and paperwork.
Rush Service
If you need your book much sooner than our typical three to five day turnaround Rush service may be available.
We always try to accommodate your schedule, but during high-volume times, it may not be possible. Please call us for availability and an estimate.
Rush fees: 25% of total invoice, $50 minimum
